David Rattai

Director of Acquisitions, BSc, Real Estate Investor, REIN Member

David Rattai is an active real estate investor and business owner. His background is in investment consultation and entrepreneurship. David has raised equity capital for the purchase of over $40M of real estate for investors since 2008. Currently he is focusing on the Alberta Real Estate marketplace. David also owns successful businesses in the restaurant franchise industry. His passion is to help Canadians become financially free and independent. We at Legacy Wealth Income Properties know that the traditional ways of investing and saving for retirement simply do not work. We also know that the rich and wealthy use real estate to grow and hold their wealth. We help Canadians become financially free, and we do it through solid, cashflowing, direct-ownership real estate.

Wes Henderson

Director of Business Development

Wes Henderson is knowledgeable & experienced in real estate ventures, recently adding to this knowledge by becoming a licensed realtor in Alberta, working with Century 21. Wes started owning his first property at 19 years old, and while in college he managed 69 townhomes in south Edmonton. Since 2007 Wes has been involved in raising over $15M in capital for real estate investment syndications, including developing raw land into subdivisions, mortgage investment, factoring, and Real Estate Investment Trusts.
